Brunel West

Very small carpark, the design is unique.. things aren't clean but aren't very dirty, if anyone is into architecture this carpark is really unique and empty (not full of people) for such a close carpark to Wharf Green.

A car park which provides easy access into Swindon town centre. Ticket rates are very reasonable and there is usually parking on the second or third floors.

Main parking area provided for shoppers at the Brunel Center. I would always expect to find a space somewhere here as it is large enough for people to always be coming and going. It is also of benefit to other on street shops nearby. You can also access pick up points on the roof from here, very useful for large or heavy purchases.

lots of spaces on upper levels (i visited on a week day) however... being my first time using the park with bad signage. i walked back to my car up lots of stairs, found there was no pay machine, then had to walk all the way back down, then around the building to find the pay machines... then my bit of paper jammed in the machine. luckily the lady was helpful on the pay machine. it took ages though.

Girlfriend parked there today. Ground floor. Came back to find obscenities written on the windows. On top of that charged £3.40 to park there. Not the car parks fault just the type of people that come there. Hope there's CCTV cameras.

It's a concrete monstrosity, in the centre of swindon that smells of wee, feels intimidating, has narrow parking bays and charges you a lot to stay there. But you can leave your car, and it's most likely to be there when you get back.

Just been parked here and the tickets wouldn't scan we managed to pay but the ticket wouldn't work upon the exit and so we called for assistance whilst my mum (petrified of multistorey car parks) was on the verge of a panic attack and was driving. She explained that she really needed to get out due to not wanting to have a panic attack whilst driving and the assistance woman said that she was being very drastic. This was a horrific experience and my mum has then had to go round the corner to park up to calm down so she could be in control of the vehicle. Safe to say the staff need some basic customer service training or even just how to be a decent human being training!!

I got there at 5:15 on Sunday and the room with pay meters was locked. No way to get out as barrier doesn't work unless you pay. No notices to say where to pay if room is locked. I had already looked up bus timetables and looked to see if I would have enough money for a fine to pick up another day, until I saw in a corner so difficult to see there's a machine to pay. It also happened to me on a Christmas eve where the monkeys who lock up the car park weren't going to let me out, even though they were there

£45 for a days parking in a dirty, run down car park which has rats running around? Tbf if it got renovated it would probably be trashed sadly so kind of don’t blame them
