We go here for my daughters tap shoes all the time, if they haven't got them in they will get them the next day for you.

Brilliant service and such a wide range of dance wear

Very poor service. My daughter’s dance school used Dainty Dance to order new uniforms and the advertised 6 week turnaround is inaccurate. Each of my order (twice) took 8-9 weeks. The uniforms are not in custom measurements so I don’t understand why it takes so long to receive them. Several mums have had to email to chase their orders and then be told that it’s the embroiderer that is causing the delay. It’s not really our problem really. Every single order is slow. Dainty Dance, don’t accept a dance school’s order if you do not have the capacity or ability to cope with the number of orders. By the time we receive our summer uniform, the summer is nearly over!
