The other reviews must have been written by the company as Wyards has to be the worst company i've ever had to deal with they caused hundreds of pounds of damage and delayed telling us you had to get the claim in within 7 days so there insurance didn't have to pay. I can't warn anyone who might be considering using these jokers enough DON'T USE THEM AT ANY COST unless you want your treasured possessions broken. I didn't even want to put one star but it wouldn't let your post the comment without one.

I cannot fault Wyards Removals!After a challenging commercial move (with lots of date changes) they were very accommodating, responsive and understanding. Great service both from the back office team (especially Helen!) and the removals team. Very professional and efficient. Would highly recommend to anyone needing a commercial or indeed personal move.

This is the third time I have used Wyards in the last 14 years, and there is a reason I keep coming back. The team who came to help were really nice effiecient, helpful and made a tough day a lot easier. The team in the office are really helpful and communication was great all the way through. We recently moved out of our house in Ipswich, Suffolk and had to put all our belongings into storage for 4 weeks before we then moved into our new house in Cambridgeshire.We had Wyards do all our moves and storage, and their service was excellent. The removal men Glen, Kieran and Pete were professional, helpful and did a fantastic job of packing and labelling the boxes. They made the stressful time of moving much more relaxing and enjoyable. When contacting the office, calls were answered swiftly and any queries were quickly sorted. Lorraine was very helpful .Overall a superb job done by the whole team, thank you.

Since Wyards a trusted family firm have been taken over their work has gone massively down hill. Our recent experience in April 2014 should be a warning to anyone thinking of using them. Furniture from storage was delivered damaged, there was damage to walls and a radiator was ripped off the wall as they attempted to bring in a sofa bed. A watch went missing from a chest of drawers which should have been carried draw by draw but instead was loosely strapped up and we observed contents falling out as the man started up the stairs. We know unexpected things can occur with something as stressful as a move but the way Wyards have stone walled our request for assistance to make good the damage borders on contempt for any kind of customer service.

From the moment we contacted them for a quote, to the time they drove off away from our new home, we couldn't fault their service. The quote was by far the cheapest we'd had, the packing boxes were delivered quickly and when stated, and the two guys moving us were friendly, hard-working and careful. Recommended.

Excellent service from Wyards. Extremely flexible when faced with uncertainty regarding move date. Very reasonably priced. On the day Adrian and Doc were wonderful, actually made the day enjoyable. Made no fuss about the delay to obtaining the keys despite it being a Friday. Could not have been better.

The Wyards team were great - efficient, friendly, hard-working and cooperative. The admin was brilliant too beforehand. Our move day from London to Ipswich was stress-free because of their help.
