I recently had a tooth out, i was super nervous and they put me at ease they did a quick job more complicated with a moler but no pain i had to ask him to stop twice but that was because of my nerves wasnt painful but you tend to overthink it also top tip take ear phones they allowed me to listen to music which really helped me. The staff are friendly. Im having a mouth guard as i have tmj so hopefully my pain goes away. For not having a dentist for years its a great place

Very efficient practice all round. I had invisalign followed by composite bonding.Dr Bilal takes great pride in his work and is clearly knowledgeable and gives best advice based on his years of expertise in a clear and concise manner.Communication was excellent on the odd occasion if I ever needed to ask a quick question.Also many thanks to the reception staff including Anisha who always handled queries very effectlvely.

A pleasant experience getting my teeth checked here. Within a few minutes Dr. Bilal found the problem. Commendable work from Synergy Dental and the team. Staff are always kind and helpful on every matter. Would recommend to all.

Had a few problems with my bonding I had done in another dentist. Dr Mansoor fixed my teeth, he explained everything & fixed the issues. Wish i had them done by him in the first place. Very friendly & make you feel very comfortable. Would highly recommend him. Thank you

School provided notofication to book free child examination. But its not free adult will need to book themselves in and pay and then the child gets free consultation and if you dont book yourself in aswell the child then had to pay so its not free. Miss leading.

I've been at Synergy Dental for a few years now. I've recently undergone Invisalign treatment and was changed over to Dr.Saba Patel. I've never experienced a better dentist throughout privately paying for my dental treatment for 5+ years. Anything from a simple scrape to fillings etc feel painless. You can tell she genuinely cares about the work she does and wants to ensure her patients and comfortable and happy throughout. Couldn't recommend Dr. Saba enough!

I was given an emergency appointment at Synergy swan lane dentist, I was very nervous when I got there.The dentist man on ground floor called me in and said to sit in the chair, he didn’t give me his name and seem bland no smiles no warmth and he knew I was a nervous patient, he looked into my mouth for about 2 min tapped on my teeth and then gave me 2 options and was very fast in speaking not giving me enough time to digest what he was talking about, I said I’m a bit confused one minute he taking about getting a crown and trying to save my tooth but I need to make an appointment then saying it can be pulled out with anaesthetic may need root canal,,,,I had to stand up as I was shocked on how blunt he was and then telling me “ we are going round in circles which he said a couple of times “ just because I was asking questions and trying to see if there was another way, i said I need a moment outside he said ok, I also did say do they sedate as I’m worried about losing a tooth and root canal, and no one likes root canal, so whiles I’m deciding if to be brave to pull tooth out he sent message to the receptionist saying I think it’s best to refer me as I’m nervous lolThis is meant to be award winning Dentist, I’m not so sure as he has made my experience worse than even I also rang the 0330 number who gave me an opinion to what dentist I like to go to and she was very sorry I went through that, she said I should go back and see about getting my £25.80 refund. The dentist man didn’t treat with me with understanding and did not make me feel relaxed, I will never go back and had a lucky escape after reading some reviews, I believe the reviews are real as he only saw me for 2 min and I wish I never paid the money.This is why people are scared of dentist due to people like this, the ladies at the desks saw how upset I was and the lady who did my XRay understood me and said she will be having a word with him as he should not of made me feel uncomfortable. I didn’t want to go to a manager and get him in trouble but he does need to be made aware of his actions.

I have always been incredibly anxious to attend dentist appointments. However last year I started seeing Bilal Salim. He has a real calming nature and I no longer feel anxious. His room is extremely clean and smells amazing! Thank you for making my visit to the dentist more comfortable.Best wishesSue Barlow
