useless pharmacy, been calling for over an hour, they never answer the phone

Ive ringed the door for 3 time,i go and knock on window because ive clearly see the pharmacist, he comes to the window with what you want"? really?"

They deliver some of the dozens of drugs to my 85 year old mother. Some, because they always always always have something missing. Never answer their phone at weekends. Go and visit them and they always claim the missing drugs were not on the prescription. Walk 5 steps to Ambrose Ave doctor receptionist, who looks up prescription on computer, and the drugs are on the prescription. Total incompetence at reading electronic prescriptions from doctor and total inability to accept they are wrong when they (always) miss drugs, even when the doctor's receptionist confirms the prescription is complete, the chemist looks again and, lo and behold, they then magicallysee the full prescription. Total refusal to improve as they never believe they are wrong.NB, all this also applies to Lloyd's pharmacy at Prettygate, except walking 5 steps to check the prescription. Loathe to go further afield to try and find a better chemist as it will be impossible to quickly move between chemist and doctor surgery to get prescription confirmed. This is obviously the standard we have to accept from modern pharmacists.

Wasn't good service today been phoning for 3 days for my sons medication he has been 3 days without them it's for his adhd it's not good he goes to school aswell

No one answered the phone its for an emergency prescription. I needed to know if they have it in stock. I was ringing the telephone number on Google for 5 minutes.

If I could give zero stars I would have. What a waste of time!! Inaccurate information given by two members of their staff!! Then incredibly rude when dealing with them.

THE WORST PHARMACY IN COLCHESTER, RUDE STAFF, USELESS AT GIVING YOU YOUR MEDICATION AND BLAME YOU FOR APPARENTLY HAVING IT. LAUGHING AT THE FACT IM WITHOUT MY TABLETS FOR MY MENTAL HEALTH. ALL FOREIGN HARDLY SPEAK A WORD OF ENGLISH EITHER. DISGUSTING SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN

Great service today, helping to have a prescription changed by GP and dispensing as soon as it came through to them. Thank you.

Closed by 9.30pm yesterday when advertised hours are until 10.30pm. Went back at 12.55 today and found a sign on door closed 1-2pm but it was already shut. Fingers crossed for 3rd time lucky but not hopeful!
