Delighted to have discovered this shop with such a huge array of fabric for all of my creative needs. Super helpful, nothing's too much trouble and fabric is well priced. If they haven't got what I need, they can find it. Never disappointed.

Saw some lovely fabric on their website in the sale. As we had to travel to Harrogate decided to call in. They had the fabric but then charged more than the website price, explanation shop prices vary to website prices . A little baffled as we had saved them wrapping the fabric up and posting it. Eventually got the lower website price. But so disappointed as whenever in Harrogate it's a must visit place.

I ordered 2 fabric panels online and am very pleased with them. It took me a long time, browsing the Internet to find what I needed. All other sites offered only the same old designs but The Remnant House has a huge range of beautiful, unusual designs on good quality fabric, and prompt delivery. I will definitely use this company again.

Have used the Remnant House for many years with no issues but after not getting a response from their online contact form after 3 weeks, I decided to call in. So yesterday I did make the journey, asking for assistance on a specific fabric but was faced with an incredibly unhelpful and dismissive woman, telling me they don't have anything to suit my needs, no help offered. I went in again today with a part from my project thinking I had caught them on an off day or not explained myself properly and was met with the same unhelpfulness, no assistance or alternative suggestions. I did find some fabric on my own, which met my requirements but decided not to give them my business, of what would have been a substantial purchase, and will source it from elsewhere. Will not be returning. Very disappointing, absolutely no customer service.

Visited yesterday to try buy some fabric for a project. I am very new to making my own clothing and the ladies in the shop were extremely unhelpful and just wanted to take my money. I strongly would recommend they work on there customer service as I left feeling rushed and let down. I wouldn't visit here again. The only person who actually helped me was a fellow customer overhearing my questions.

Visited Harrogate today to visit this shop, what a lovely selection of dressmaking fabrics (amongs all other fabrics). I felt the prices were good and the staff were so helpful. Fab range of haberdashery too. I had a lovely shopping experience, I wasn't rushed at all (and I did take a long time selecting my many fabrics). Lovely atmosphere with the staff and customers.

Fantastic little piece of fabric heaven. Lots of fabric choice for all budgets and all the staff are always helpful and offer advice for anyone needing help, I love my trips to Harrogate to this shop which i never leave without something new. All the items below either a panel or a cushion/pillow are made using fabric / threads from Remnant House

This is the shop if i need fabric or ribons. Lots of choice there and staff always helpful. Would definitely recommend it.
