Took my PC in for them to do their magic as it just died but unfortunately they said it was more or less not worth fixing...but they didn't charge a penny to have a look. Lovely lads!

The laptop is very good value for money. No hassle as they have it already set up to use. It came with the right charger which was even better as we weren’t sure if it would or not.

If you want to repair your ps4 just don’t go there you can bring it to me and i will do the same job as he did for me. I’ve been waiting for two and a half weeks in order to tell me that his order for the cables needed to change was wrong.

Been using Geekys for a few years now. The service is not what it used to be. The two brothers that worked here previously. Their service where great and looked after loyal and returning customers. I must of spent over £2,000 over 2 plus years. As I use Geekys service for my businesses and personal tech. But not really happy with recent few times been here. I travel from Seaham to Geekys and honestly there prices are great however, they will need to improve on communicating with consumers a bit better.P.S: please stick to one price. On the day of purchase, adding Microsoft was £20 and now it is £30, then £25 within less than a week. Look after your returning customers better.Thank you.

I have had my son ps4 back 3 times to this shop and it still did not work right. They change me £60 .I had ask my son friend to get it working so this bad shop all together xx
