Been to Benn a couple of times now and his treatments are first class. He has focused his techniques on areas other therapists have previously neglected and his level of knowledge is outstanding.He explains what he is doing as he does it and educates you on how to support your recovery between treatments.Also, Benn’s pricing is also extremely reasonable and much more affordable (in my experience) than previous therapists I have attended.

I have health issues that include my muscles, nerves and bones , Benn has made a big difference to my daily living with his monthly sports massages , he helps with my mobility and also manages to reach those knots that other people just can't seem to get, his understanding of the body and how it works is incredible , he is always happy to help when he is able to , a genuinely lovely guy who knows his stuff!

Went to see ben with a shoulder problem i have had for nearly a year. Needless to say i was sceptical as this for the forth person i have seen about my shoulders with no positive outcome. Until i had a session with ben i genuinely felt id be like this forever due to the hard nature of my job. But after just one session i already feel amazing like a new man i would highly recommend to anyone.

Absolutely excellent massage from Benn, my shoulder has been a problem for years. After 1 session I can feel the difference, hopefully will manage in again soon to keep the regularity up for a full fix.I have had quite a few massage treatments from a variety of therapists over the years and Benn has left me with some stretches to do that actually feel like they make a difference.Fully recommend treatment from MMT.

I went to Benn thinking I’d need a few sessions to ease extreme shoulder and neck pain, however with 1 session and exercises specific to my issues my pain and tightness eased off quickly. Benn’s approach is not for the faint hearted but it works and I could not recommend him highly enough. He is very easy to talk to, puts you at ease and is extremely competent and professional.

It's weird how enjoyable it is to keep going back to pay to get abused for an hour.Started going to Benn in the last few months and it has been massively beneficial in my recovery as I like to push my body that's been battered by years of playing rugby in the gym and out on the hills.He's always good for advice on stretching and dealing with niggles and injuries too. Great value for money.
