One of the most crowded clothing stores in the town center.The store offers a wide range of clothing for all age groups. The quality of clothing is good in general. Customer service is excellent. Ambiance is also good.

The store in Swindon shuts at 5.30p.mHowever the staff turns customers away 10 minutes before. They will not let customers enter at 5.20pm.Very poor staff who needs to be educated in Customer Service.

Awful staff! Came here to give clothes for their recycling at 17.25 and was turned away, she even saw me carrying 3 large bags and struggling. Gave my clothes to a local charity instead who atleast appreciate it

Staff very rude, been a member of H&M, the staff not helpful, not polite Staff and rudely asked me and my 3 years old daughter to go away from the shop, not just one member of the staff but came across 2 of them, the worst service ever.The staff literally said shuss go away we are closing now. That was her words.
