Fenland Windows & Conservatories

We had a difficult project and one which Fenland windows worked hard to meet our expectations . So many of the other companies failed to give confidence. Would recommend the work ethic of this company and their proffessional installation of the replacement conservatory.

Since being bought out they won’t honour any of the existing installations prior to 2020.They state that it’s now a new company with new management, even though they are trading the same as before on companies house.Blaming the old owner for bad reviews, this the man who built the company from scratch and had a fantastic work ethic and could be trusted!Has been reported to FENSA on several occasions.

From initial enquiry to fitting, Fenland Windows were superb.Staff were friendly, polite and very helpful.From design, through the ordering & fitting/delivery, it was easy and everything was arranged to our convenience.We are really happy with the windows and can’t recommend enough

Can’t agree more with the 1 star review already posted. This company seems to be doing so well financially they don’t need to care about their customers. Once I ordered windows (which was an appalling experience), the fit and quality was very low and very poor. The after service care was terrible and the company just wanted to collect money for low quality work.Since, I’ve used Economy windows in the area and the experience is far far better. My advice...shop around.

Fenland have recently completed a link conservatory for me and I am delighted with it. The design was perfect the staff were polite friendly and very professional and the end result exceeded my expectations. I would definitely use them again and recommend them.

We had a bifold door fitted by this company, not the greatest experience. They fitted our bifold door then told us it didnt quite open & it hits the fascia that they ruined! Also no vents fitted but maybe that's our fault as we didn't ask for them, but you would of thought a reputable company would advise you ! So know we have wet windows inside ! Also still waiting for our FENSA certificate !

Fenland Windows have worked for us at R K Wilson Builders and D & R Homes for several years and we are extremely happy with their service and prices. They are also prompt and efficient with any after sales issues should they arrive. I would recommend them to both individuals and businesses looking for a new supplier.

My experience was good .Polite tidy friendly fitters (Loved there coffee).I have not needed any after care .Everything seems fine with no problems

The worst customer service I have experienced. Do not use, not recommended.The business appears so overwhelmingly busy that they don't need to care about paying customers, simply completing transaction. The management team are awful.The only reason Fenland get 1 star is because their fitters are very pleasant (although incredibly untidy and leave litter everywhere) and the windows they provide (from Roseview) are good quality. The actual fit of the windows was of a very poor standard and multiple complaints and requests to resolve have simply been ignored.It was down to me as a customer to try and resolve issues directly with the manufacturer as Fenland Windows simply couldn't be bothered.
