This company is so disgraceful. They can't follow simple insurance guidelines despite so many 'experts' on their team or follow basic direct billing instructions. Their level of expertise is limited to harassing patients to pay directly because they are too lazy or incompetent to deal with insurance companies. The harassment leads to the point where a patient could end up paying directly for a service clearly covered by their insurance was reflected on the insurance card. I would never return to use the Dr we consulted again solely due to the incompetence of this said group of 'experts'. They dragged on one claim for upto a year due to their incompetence, which eventually I resolved myself. Avoid ever dealing with them !
