There wasn't any rush whatsoever and our Mums headstone looks amazing! Following the recent passing of a family member we wanted to add their detail to the existing headstone, not straightforward due to available space. Aden offered a number of solutions before providing a first class service and bespoke option to compliment the existing headstone.From start to finish the experience was professional and stress free.Thank you Aden.

Aden was amazing. He went above and beyond to get our gravestone installed in a couple of weeks by Christmas after we received a poor service elsewhere.

From the moment Aden greeted us at door we knew we had come to the right place. Aden is very friendly, courteous and treated us in a very professional manner.Choosing a headstone is not something you do every day but Aden guided us through, discussions concerning the stone, font and the colour of the font. He has examples to show you and even took us to the back of the shop into the yard to show us headstones that were finished.He worked against the clock as our Dad died last Christmas Day and we wanted the headstone fitted before the first anniversary. He rang the Vicar, organised the fitting of the headstone, took a photograph when all was done to let us know that he had finished.The workmanship is a great example of how good the company is and we have no complaints concerning Chester Headstones.Thank you again Aden and your team, we are glad that you were involved in finishing off to high standard our Dad’s grave.
