Lovely shoes but a bit pricey. Good if you want to pay those prices but personally think you are only paying for the label no better than buying from other shops at cheaper prices

I bought Nike Air shoes for my son 8 months ago which weren’t cheap, and expectations his feet would outgrow the shoes. The rubber in the heels however have broken off quicker than the rest of the soul which has plenty tread left and revealing air pockets which let water in. I appreciate this could be seen as wear and tear but clearly the rest of the sole would show similar wear.Schuh don’t make the shoe so Nike are to blame for poor quality soles that don’t last even though they are designed for kids.Other parents should be aware Schuh’s policy is wear and tear and not a fault with the shoes based on the managers opinion. We are all entitled to our opinion and his will be governed by company policy.My opinion now is don’t assume that big brand name shops would only stock quality shoes and don’t buy kids expensive Nike shoes with air pockets in the heel, lesson learned but Schuh should also check to see if there are known issues with this brand of shoe before making a 10 second decision that it’s wear and tear and he clearly only walks on his heels. Had he told me they have sold hundreds of pairs and never had 1 similar issue and or we will send them back to Nike or check with Nike direct to see if this is a flaw then fair enough or at least offer 25% off as a gesture of goodwill for your custom. He may be right and I’m wrong and I’m sure there are chancers who return everything no matter what but I am not one so based on my experience would I shop with Schuh again I very much doubt it.

Really handy if you don't need to go into town. If they don't have the style or color you need, not a problem, they will order them in, asa the next working day.

Good range of products very helpful staff. Like it a lot.

Son took back trainers he'd had for 2 wks. Rain caused colour to run. Schuh refused to accept a return.
