Beautiful windows and great after-sales care (7 years later!)We chose Albion windows to replace all our timber sash windows in 2016. The windows are beautiful and operate smoothly. In 2020 we had an issue with one window and this was fixed efficiently and was covered under the guarantee.Last night something seemed to be blocking the sash mechanism and I couldn't close our bathroom window. Albion sent someone today and it's already fixed! The engineer explained what he thinks has caused the fault (my user error - using the tilt opening function to bypass the security locks rather than go find the key).We love our Albion sash windows and I'm so thankful they were able to help us so quickly. Big thanks to Helen who helped over the phone, and to Dave who carried out the repairs!

Very good service throughout. The window installers did a good job and were very careful to put down dust sheets, and also vacuumed at the end of the day.Also needed to get some building work done for the door lintel and one window, which Albion organised.Very pleased with the end result.

Ricky and Mick from Albion did a great job of fitting double-glazing to my front bay windows in January this year. I didn't need scaffolding after all so with the saving got a quote for the 2 rear windows. They fitted these last Friday. Another great job. Friendly and efficient.

We replaced a front door (our house bizarrely had two!) and wanted to drop a note to say how pleased we are with the outcome. The team at Albion Windows did a fantastic job at matching up the window with the existing one and the quality and finish of the job was excellent. It has created a new space in our kitchen that we love and everything has been patched up brilliantly - it will be hard to see a door was ever there!

Had two new back doors fitted recently. One was to replace an old rotting wooden stable-style door. Fitted a very attractive UPVC replacement which goes perfectly with its surroundings. Very pleased with the results on both doors. Workmanship and service both first-class. Would highly recommend.
