Last week, my electrics stopped working and I called Roberts electricians. The electrician came within 30 minutes of call and repaired the issue in no time at all. I would recommend them to all. Thanks for speedy service.

I've used Roberts electrical twice now and both times have had excellent service from Mark who is very skilled and very patient with what today was a very fiddly job. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the company to any-one and to use them again should the need arise.

Terrible. I sent an email to book an appointment, they never replied and all of a sudden they came unannounced! And they want to charge me because I didn't cancel! - How I am suppose to cancel something I did not know was going to happen?? - I had to call another local company that was much more professional. I get a call on a daily basis, plus texts to pay for a service they NEVER provided!! This is plain harassment. Terrible service!! I would NEVER recommend this company-

I'm within a mile of their offices. I phoned them a number of times in April & May '23 to come and quote for some elementary upgrades to my house lights and circuits. They didn't respond to messages left and when I did eventually get through to both the office, then the boss on his mobile, neither elicited an appointment (yeah, I'll come back to you, etcetera). Draw your own conclusions.

I booked an appointment to get my extractor fans checked out and replaced. Despite having sent photos of the fans, as requested, and being told what models they were, the electrician who turned up spent the whole time on the phone to his boss asking questions only in order to confirm these facts.I was then quoted an outrageous price for new parts - averaging more than twice the price for which I was able to find them myself. When I pointed this out, they clearly knew they had been rumbled and refused to engage further with me.The electrician they sent was clearly very junior and turned up half an hour late, making me late to work as a consequence. I would definitely not recommend using this company.
