Its taken me ages to write this review, simply because I'm struggling to describe such a perfect experience.The service from Ian and the team was amazing from start to finish. After having some really bad experiences with workmen, this was a refreshing change.I reached out to about a dozen companies through compare sites for a garage conversion and extension and it was weird how very few got back to me with quotes after seeing the job. I found it unprofessional how they didn't even bother to let us know if they could do the job or were interested. I was a bit skeptical when Ian came back with his quote as he was the last to look at the job but one of the only proper quotes we had really. The quote was highly detailed and stood out next to the rest for being so thorough and very clear. I'm so glad it turned out the way it did.The job was finished ahead of time, and before baby no 2 arrived! Ian and the team worked so hard in the baking sun to ensure the work was done on time whilst being delayed at the beginning of the job by heavy rains and planning permission issues, which Ian took off our shoulders and kindly stepped in to manage entirely.Nothing was too much and throughout the process we were involved in every decision - no matter how big or small. Ian would sit down with us and sketch out details so we understood all the elements. There were other parts of the house Ian helped us with too, which he didn't have to but he did. Ian definitely has a work ethic where the job has to be just as perfect for him as for you and shares in your vision, contributing and offering ideas along the way. He would give us his opinion and contacts who he thought could also help.The team are all amazing, from the 2 Dave's to the rest of the team. The 2 Dave's even came back to put some skirtings on for us. I don't want to make this too long!Sapphire's customer service is like no other service I have experienced anywhere and its going to take a lot to top it! Even when the jobs done, Ian made sure we were happy and everything was OK long afterwards and we are still in contact.Thank you again Ian and all the team! We've been truly lost for words!

From start to finish Ian and his team were complete professionals. Was looking for a small garage conversion and Ian talked me through the options and the best way to go about it and followed up with a full (and very competitive) quote.The guys who did the work (builders, plasterer and painter) were all really friendly and really professional with everything they did. They even helped out with a few extra bits that they didn't need to do!Ian kept me up to date on everything that was happening and was on site regularly to make sure everything was running smoothly and I was happy at every stage of the conversion.Will be using Ian and his team for any future building work and would have no hesitation in recommending them to family and friends.

Ian and his fantastic team fitted me a new front door and kitchen window. Despite coming across some difficulties they remained professional and overcome them. They were fitted to perfection, great quality door and window. The team were friendly, professional and overall fantastic! Cannot thank them enough.
