We had codie’s 7th birthday here today and could not have been any happier. Both staff were unbelievable, really could not have gone out of there way enough. The food was the best iv had in any play arena. We will definitely be recommending to our friends, thank yous for making his wee day special.

Kids had a ball (7,8,10& 13)I had a laugh.Lots of places to hide, and shoot your kids... Where else can you do that!? ;-)Staff were really helpful, and fact son no.1 won the prize, in solo round made smiles all round!

Brilliant open CQB airsoft games. Great craic. Staff members mark & cían are friendly and helpful and the food is really nice. Would highly recommend.

Had my son's birthday party here recently. He loved it! The girls working there were so nice and made sure that everything went well. The birthday boy felt so special and said it was the best birthday party he's ever had! Thank you all for making sure he had an amazing day. Highly recommend this place.

Horrendous Experience,Took a youth group with 20 kids to this place for nerf wars, we had previously agreed a price of £7 for 40 minutes. We left a voice-mail message to confirm this with them to check the day before we arrived that all was okay and good to go. Never heard back from this voice-mail so assumed it was confirmed from the previous phone call.Once we showed up on the day ofcourse this was not the case, we where told this session was not confirmed and the man who was managing or in charge proceeded to tell us he doesn't listen to his voice mails!! So anyway due to this they tried to accommodate us by taking the kids in smaller groups for a shorter time of 15 minutes (which is understandable from their perspective.) However they still required the same amount of money as a full session even though it was less than half the time!! So for a 15 minute session of nerf" wars with guns that actually turned out to be a poor off brand alternative rather than nerf they still required the 7 pound per head.This took far to long to figure out and was a disorganised mess from the beginning. We ended up cutting the session short and leaving with only half the kids having taken part in nerf wars and paying £70 for it.We will not be back and would not recommend to anyone."

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING!Had rang up about booking in a large group of 38 to all play NERF, a youth group and leaders. Was told there was availability at 5pm on Saturday. Talked it over with husband, rang back and no answer, so left a voicemail confirming booking. Arrived with happy eager kids and leaders alike only to be told that the main guy that runs locknload doesnt listen to his voicemails!!!! They thought noone was coming at 5pm, and not only had we turned up but also a group of 7 people that the same thing had happened to! Unbelievable!!! Anyway they were going to try and accommodate us. Nxt issue they only had 12 pairs of safety glasses, so we would have to go in , in groups of 12. Again, disappointing but we split the group up and the first lot went in. I asked how long will the session last? 15-20 mins I was told. Ok, can I sort out the money and pay you then I said?Yes but we have to wait on the boss, who had taken himself off the premises. He was gone for ages!!!! THE SIGN ON THE WALL STATED NERF 40 MINUTE SESSION = £10, SO I SAID OH THERES YOUR PRICES SO IF ITS 40 MIN FOR £10, SURELY 20 MIN WILL BE £5 PER HEAD?WE NEED TO WAIT ON THE BOSS.EVENTUALLY HE CAME BACK AND INSISTED THAT IT WAS £7 PER HEAD!!! WHAT???? AFTER ALL THE MESSING US ABOUT HE STILL WOULD NOT BACK DOWN!!! ABSOLUTELY INSANE!DISAPPOINTING SERVICERIDICULOUS BOOKING SYSTEMWORST MANAGEMENT EVER ENCOUNTERED!The most decent person in the place was the guy that runs the burger van outside...he came in, offered us tea and coffee, gave the waiting kids board games to play and was apologetic! He would make a better manager for Lock n Load!Seriously, don't support such a disorganised, though other set up, with manager who doesn't honour bookings and over charges at a whim! This was supposed to be a great surprise for our youth group.....what an absolute disappointment!!!!! We won't be back!

I came here as part of a conference I was attending during the Derry Halloween festival. The staff were really friendly and welcoming, the zombie game was fun (at at times, terrifying!), and the food was great. Really excellent value for money, would absolutely come here again. Thanks for having us!

As a regular of airsoft night, it is a great way to unwind, The staff and other players are very friendly.
