My husband and I first contacted NWD Architects when we were looking to purchase a building plot they had already secured outline planning permission for. David and Heather used our initial ideas and their knowledge of the planning process in order for us to maximise the footprint and achieve planning for our dream home – something we don’t think would have been possible if it had not been for their determination and belief in what we were trying to achieve. They managed to incorporate everything we wanted including a turret! The design exceeded our expectations, and we are now in the final stages of building a unique and individual home. We would have no hesitation recommending both David and Heather for any new build project.

We were recommended NWD Architects by a friend and following a good initial meeting with David we decided to go ahead. We found David very easy to work with who quickly had a good understanding of our vision/aspirations, particularly considering the logistical constraints of our building plot. The application went through extremely smoothly and we then worked with Matt, the Senior Architectural Technologist, who from the beginning to the end was incredibly professional and helpful, with either a quick discussion over the telephone or site visits. Our project has turned out far better than we thought and we cannot thank NWD enough for all their help and would very much recommend them.
