Very professional and courteous after they took over our sale from purple bricks.Ashley, Matt and the team did a fantastic job in getting viewings and selling in a short time.They were always available if we had a query and would definitely recommend.

I just went through both a purchase and a sale with Jeffries & Dibbens, the purchase through their Gosport office, and the sale through their Fareham office.Maybe I was just extremely unlucky and I appreciate other people's experiences have been satisfactory and positive, but that was certainly not the case for us. I'll keep it to pros/cons so people don't have 15 paragraphs to read.Pros- Olivia at the Fareham office was great in always trying to progress the whole chain forward.- Polite & professional.Cons- We were not asked if we had a property to sell on the initial viewing, so when an offer was placed and accepted, it was a surprise to people (including the sellers) that we could not complete quicker than intended. This left us in a place of uncertainty for weeks/months and we were given grace periods" regularly. I don't really want to feel uncertain about a £400

We have just sold and bought through Jeffries, sold through Gosport and bought through Stubbington. Was a relatively stress free experience , fast response time when needed and was kept informed of progress frequently. Compared to a lot of other local companies they were also very reasonably priced and no hard selling. We also used their recommended Solicitors Andrews & Andrews who were outstanding

The whole team at jefferies and dibbens gosport were incredible throughout the process of selling our flat and purchasing our new house matt visited us to value the flat and filled us with confidence from the start they found us a buyer quickly to ensure we could put an offer on the house we wanted and they also recommended financial advisers and a solictor both of whom did a fantastic job we were kept well informed throughout the whole process michelle was excellent contacting everyone in the chain regularly including solicitors to ensure everything stayed on track. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell or buy a property

We asked Jeffries & Dibbens to sell our flat maybe two years ago. At this time the market was volatile and we had pull out after pull out. It was a very stressful time. However, like the captain of a ship Ashley kept on course and we finally made it to port under his guidance, I must also congratulate his team, Michelle, Nichole and Dan, who did a sterling job. We completed on March 31st and are now in the process of buying our forever home by the New Forest. So I cannot praise them enough, well done chaps!!

If you want the BEST estate agents or lettings then this is the one to pick!We went with them after tremendous issues with a previous agents of a big name and the difference was instantly noticeable!The professionalism, knowledge, reliability, no fluff, straight up honest advice is outstanding!Customer service - brilliant, no, excellent!Staff are friendly and approachable and go to extreme lengths to make sure you are supported all of the way & keep you completely up to date and in the loop!I cannot thank them nor rate them enough for all of the staffs help in our sale and moving on!

My husband and I viewed a property from another branch of Jeffries and Dibbens and had our offer accepted - if we could get a buyer for our house within a week! Along came Matt and we had a buyer at the full asking price within days. Unfortunately, our buyer was with another estate agent and I understand that it was not until they switched to Jeffries and Dibbens, Gosport that they were able to complete their own sale to a different purchaser. The telephone was always answered when I rang, and Michelle or Ashley regularly called with updates. Michelle was tenacious - liaising with everyone in the chain and chasing solicitors when necessary. It took over eight months but with support from Jeffries and Dibbens the chain held firm. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Matt and Michelle were absolutely brilliant in assisting the sale of our house. From meeting Matt and seeing the beautiful pictures he took we knew we wouldn’t be waiting long to sell! It was so easy to speak to a member of staff when we needed to and Michelle was always answering emails very quickly and being there when we needed things chasing!
