Fit me in on the day had two people doing my hair because i got a lot which is fine but I was persuaded to do it differently than i wanted and when i tried to say i wanted it my original way with plenty of time to do so it fell on deaf ears.I didn't like the hair at all and i think the lady could tell i didn't like it. Got home to notice the front wasn't very well done and as the hours went on...the pain from my scalp was unbearable.... the pain increased as i literally felt my scalp had its own pulse. I was in tears but somehow managed to sleep only to wake up at 4am in such pain and tightness in my scalp. I had to take the hair out there and then. Money down the drain!!! why do you guys comb it it soooooooo tight? Thats not normal. You don't feel it at the salon in the moment but wait til you try sleep. Overall.. i will not be back!

Great hair stylist but very unorganised. The 1st time I visited I arrived on time and waited almost two hours to be seen although I was happy with my hair so returned again.Yesterday I had another appt, on arrival I was told that my appointment was cancelled. The owner knows I travel 45 minutes from Portsmouth. Time is precious, I wasted a whole morning plus money on petrol and car parking. Since, no one has reached out to apologies or offering to reschedule.

They were able to see me even though I made a really last minute appointment. I have a lot of hair but they still took their time to carefully do my knotless braids even with all the requests I made e.g. bum length and different colours. It was great vibes all around and bonus was they even offered me their tasty meat pie! Will definitely be going back!

My daughter had her hair relaxed and it looks great. The hairdresser took great care to minimise potential damage to her hair and it still feels healthy and so shiny. Sorry for the late review.
