Customer service is appalling at this shop. Yesterday I asked if I could please do 2 contactless transactions and the attendant who is apparently the shops manager asked if I didn't know my pin or if the cards were stolen. And he really poor attitude.If you don't like people don't work in customer Service!Absolutely ridiculous, even had Id on me. It might be the closest shop to my home but I'd much rather walk a few more yards to Moonlight, they are lovely and treat their customers with respect.

Learn to behave with customers. You need to understand what customer is asking. Your comment are useless when customer is thinking about the products. If you have some offers of product then no need to be rude when customer asked for that. I visited once and that was the last.
