Cinema was clean as was the lobbyPlenty of seats for movie, although one allocated was broken.Most ticket machines were out of order.The one we used did not print our tickets, and was alleged to be working.10% off food and drinks with unlimited card was a nice touch.Plenty of treats and snacks, but rather pricey.Plenty of parking near by.

Absolute exemplary service.Thank you, Andrew, for providing some of the best customer service possible, the best customer service I have received in years. He is an awfully friendly and welcoming person who assisted us with our booking for the Friday the 13th (1980) film and made our experience so much better, handsome young man.

Great sound as well as films! But, be prepared for the stench of popcorn as you visit reception area. Tip, bring a coat, air con is very cold (June 19th '23). Excellent free parking, read the lit on their website.

Cineworld Regent Circus
Love going to the cinema & definitely find the Regent Circus Cineworld seems quieter & cleaner. Staff are lovely. Only downside is sometimes it can be INCREDIBLY cold in the screens, so pack a jumper! Also some films aren’t shown in this cinema but are in Shaw Ridge - guessing it’s because Regent Circus is smaller?! However, still absolutely love coming and will continue to do so!

The cinema itself is fine. Good location next to large free car park. The usual 30 minutes difference between started time and actual start time. Car park is tricky to find, which is free. Guy who was checking tickets before entrance to cinema was wandering around, had to wait for him to turn up so we can get in. He needs to professional and enthusiastic towards work. Kids loved the place and movie

First time visit & better than expected. Free parking in next door car park was an added bonus. Comically expensive popcorn, pick & mix, & drinks so eat before or bring your own.
