Little petrol station near Waitrose. Average prices.

I was in Norfolk on holiday and only stopped to make sure I had enough fuel to get home. Petrol prices were 3p a litre more than most other Petrol stations in Norfolk. According to the UK Government, petrol prices have dropped to pre COVID levels. A rip off, never again.

Great staff, great products and excellent customer service but is let down by Shell since they have taken over the pricing on petrol is daylight robbery considering the other prices in Norfolk and it is really taking advantage of people in the area who rely on the cars to get around due lack of public transport.

I just had the best customer service of my life here. The guy working at the station this afternoon is simply the happiest and friendliest bloke I've ever met! I wish I had looked for his name badge to ensure he received praise from management. Thanks, you made my day!

No prices on the fuel. Shop had limited choice of products.

It's serve yourself fuel and at the moment more reasonably priced than most others. Cashiers always pleasant and helpful.

Since re opening I agree with other reviewers, things seem to be more pricey. The carwash is quite unreliable but the jet wash is decent value and almost always available too. Air and water is very hot and miss from the times I have visited though. Always pleasant staff working there though.

Unable to give less than one starWent to get filter tips for the wife. Upon talking the cashier was asked for Id, found a bit insulting as being a 41 year old man but hey we all want to look younger lol. Going back to my car didn’t have driving licence so my wife with her Id went in to get them. Was told couldn’t as was with me. As I stood there with my car keys, 12 year old daughter and 18 year old daughter. I was looked at in a way I can only describe as disgusting. I understand fully the ‘think 25’ policies. But I am certainty not a young looking 40+ man and to having an 18 year old daughter there with her Id and my wife with hers shouldn’t have been and issue. So covered in tattoos, 18 year old daughter and driving a car would state that I’m over the age to get filters, not even after cigarettes. And to top it off the cashier had to get a colleague to come out from the back, not quite sure why as they just stood there looking with disgust also. Normally have a good laugh with staff as now a few of them. But this time, awful, not because of the fact of being id’d as fully understand why and agree with being asked. But the way I was treated when I bringing my wife back in. I will be contacting the manager of the garage as training is required on customer service. One thing I always thought Waitrose was known for.
