Jen is the master of wax! I was a for holidays only gal as I hated getting waxed and it was so painful. After my first appointment with Jen a couple of years ago I started going once a month! I explained how terrified I was and she was AMAZING. I realised that day my fear of waxing was from a string of mediocre waxers and finding Jen totally changed this. Not only was this nowhere near as painful as it's done correctly but it was also really quick to get it over with. For the first time I felt relaxed when normally the process was a bit embarrassing. I have recommended Jen to my friends and all of them ended up regulars of hers too! She is easily the best in the business!
