I hated this experience. They started well by announcing a pleasing figure. Then thre half of that away in the next. And if I hadn't threatened them with another solicitor they would have carried on throwing more of the settlement away. They trusted the defence to put all their records forward making no attempt to investigate whether that was all the information, all the time willing to call me a liar. Use someone else who will do what they were hired to do.

Brilliant service from FDM solicitors in particular Fay. Recieved a call from Fay today and she was extremely polite friendly and made it very easy to engage in conversation with her. I felt i was actually being listened to. Fay explained the whole procedure to me regarding my claim and answered any queries i may have had. Highly recommended

This review is only based on the first stage. I was extremely happy with the lady I spoke with. She allowed me to express myself at my own paste and sounded sympathetic. I was able to send pictures via WhatsApp which was really good.

Fay was really lovely and professional. She also gave an honest insight as to every question I asked. Definitely made my day

I found FDM solicitors from a Google search and I'm very happy that I did. They fought my case and won! Gabriella took over from someone who was dealing with it and she kept me updated constantly, everything was done to my major satisfaction. There was a tiny misunderstanding with the surveyor, but Gabriella dealt with that professionally, or I would have had to start from scratch. I basically sat back, signed a few things and waited for emails. The defendant was also a small problem, but again Gabriella chased them and now my case is settled. I'm very happy with the outcome and I'm recommending them 100%. Hats off to them, as the defendants are very stubborn.
