I went to this place this afternoon to have my eyebrows waxed and tinted. I showed her a picture of the brows that I wanted. 12 hours in, the waxed area is still hurting and is cherry red. She kept waxing the same area 5 to 6 times over even though you’re only supposed to wax it once, she forgot to wax the top of my brows, thank God because after she was done with the bottom God only knows what she would’ve done to the tops.The tint is blacker than night, even though I asked for dark brown it burned and stung.Tinting should have been done before the waxing which is why they burned. I can’t believe no one has ever complained before, I can’t be the first. She showed them to me after I just said they were fine, what could have I said and what could have she’d done. I just paid and left. I now have scars underneath my right brow. They are thin misshapen, one is half the size of the other, she waxed too much from one in between the eyebrows. I could just cry, why did I go there today, I am traumatised. I only went because she stated on her website that she was trained. I should’ve just gone to the Benefit brow bar, it’s now going to take forever to grow them out. Not worth saving a little money, go to a professional.This is not a false review, there was nothing you could’ve done to fix them as they are too thin and crooked and I did tell you my brows were burning because of you waxing the same area over and over again and then dyeing them right after. Its over 24 hours and they are still red and now I have scars under both my brows. I didn’t say anything because I was upset. The last time my brows were threaded weren’t as bad as the wax job you did on them. The only pattern I see emerging is that I should be going to professionals.

I visited this morning for the first time for gel nails. Lorraine is a lovely lady and I was really impressed with the care she took with my nails... they look amazing! I've now booked in next weekend for a facial, and eyebrow and eyelash tint for less than £30 in a deal. Great service and Lorraine will now be my regular go to for all things beauty! Highly recommended, especially for anyone who has ever felt uncomfortable in salons - she is wonderful.

Lorraine is very friendly, always professional and makes me look forward to my full face waxing. She takes time to choose her wax and given my skin can be sensitive, this makes a difference.For my cousin's wedding, had gel nails done along with the bride and her mum. We were all very impressed and our nails looked beautiful on the day.Would definitely recommend her services
