Novo Pilates

I have attended Novo pilates for 1 year now. I started completely new to pilates and I have slowly built my confidence and strength. The teachers are all amazing and it has really helped with my lower back pain. I could not recommend this studio enough! I never write reviews but felt compelled to write this one as I've had such a good experience.

I have been going to Novo Pilates since November 2019; I wish I had found them sooner! The classes are small so that you get individual attention and challenging enough to see results. I would definitely recommend joining the classes.
