Prestige Nursing & Care Taunton

I recently moved all our care support to Prestige. The quality of care planning and delivery is far superior to that we have received previously. All staff are carefully matched to our needs presented for a meet and greet in advance of the shift and are briefed by the current carer.The management are great, happy to help and are keen to work with us to address any of the problems that occur because of our declining health and or premises issues (my house is just over 100 years old). It's a great change from the more prescriptive and dogmatic styles we have experienced in the past.The most important thing I can say is that we look forward to the carers visits and trust them implicitly.

I have always found Nicole Banks and the team at North Somerset to be really proactive and helpful. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a care position or are looking for a care package within their area.
