Johnathan Roberts represented me in the family court, with only a few days notice, and the result was better than I could have hoped. He gave me really clear advice and confidently liaised with the other side to get a satisfactory compromise. This means that the matter will not go to further hearings yet, if at all, which is a huge relief. I get very stressed if I have to make decisions last minute, especially on an open ended and very emotionally charged matter but he was a grounding influence and kept me focused. I had terrible moments of doubt and he listened to me seriously and gave straight up legal advice as well as the human advice of 'don't beat yourself up' and general reassurances. I have actually sought legal advice and had representation from other solicitors that I wasn't happy about, but I had a good feeling about him and it payed off. My advice is to ask Jonathan to represent you at the family court.

Nothing done in divorce proceedings for over a year. Cost me a lot of money, rude and lazy staff and the same goes for Felixstowe office.

Absolutely awful treatment of people. Family member used them 8 years ago for a devastating experience, with part legal aid. And now the company have sent a letter to 'revoke' financial aid, 8 years later, demanding money immediately. Nothing in the interim, and now this family member has been unable to contact or figure out what on earth has happened and what to do.
