He really was the consummate professional and a credit to Audi Farnborough.From our initial enquiry, to test drive and then settling on and buying a completely different model, he wasn't pushy and offered great guidance, patience and support.This support didn't stop once we'd picked up the car and drove away, he's dealt with a couple of minor queries we've had since and has always been happy to help.A great customer experience.

We bought a Q7 from Farnborough Audi 3 years ago. I received a call from Simon Gale explaining we are at the three year point and there are options we can look at. We agreed to set up a meeting to discuss.At the meeting we decided to trade in our Q7 for a new Q5. Simon's approach to being absolutely clear on the existing customer benefits, knowledge of the cars and ability to make sure we were looked after was second to none. Throughout the post sales experience we were informed on a regular basis on how long the car would be ready (it was being built when we bought it). Once the car arrived, Simon called to tell me he had done his own quality checks on the car and found something he wasn't happy with. He asked to keep the car a couple of days to resolve, which we were pleased about. This just shows the integrity of Simon ensuring we received the best car and service. We cannot speak highly of Simon and the rest of the team at Farnborough Audi, nothing is too much trouble and we felt like we were really looked after very well. We had the Audi Experience, and it was great.We have another car that is due to be replaced. I had my Audi S5 serviced at Farnborough Audi last week. A fabulous customer experience from start to finish. The vehicle drop off area was exemplary, 'in the dry' & meticulously clean. I was greeted by a friendly smile & offer of help. Tom, my service advisor for the appointment, was quickly at my side and was attentive, professional & helpful for the duration of my visit. The vehicle status tracking facility plus Audi Cam are excellent tools & kept me fully informed of my cars progress. Phil my technician gave me helpful feedback, via the Audi Cam regarding any issues relating to my car. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone; it's clearly being well run, with the customer coming first.

Had a great experience buying a used car from Audi Farnborough! I found the car online and sorted out the finance and everything else over the phone with Matt and less than a week later I went to pick up the car. I travelled from Bristol and Matt came and picked me up from the train station and about an hour later I was leaving the dealership with my new car. The whole process was made so easy and Matt was so helpful with answering all my questions and made the whole experience great!
