Nice ShopWith good services and good quality shoes. The staff of this store are very nice and helpful.Got my slippers, canvas and boat shoes at Hotter. All of them are comfortable to wear.Female boat shoes that are comfortable to wear, are very rare in the current market. I was thrilled when I saw females boat shoes in Hotter. Absolutely love the soft leather, colour and cusion.Good luck to Hotter!

Visited on Saturday. Excellent service to get my feet measured. Didn't buy any shoes, as not that keen on the mens designs.

I went to the shop on Saturday with my daughter and sister to get some shoes for myself. I have to wear insoles in shoes so have to take out the insoles in hotter shoes, the staff were so very helpful and did not mind me taking the insoles out and letting me put mine in. After trying on many shoes I bought three pairs and very pleased with them. The staff were excellent. I live in Long Melford and we have lost two of your shops Ipswich and Colchester, so coming to Cambridge was the nearest so thank you for your help.

Staff helpful ordered shoes as one's we wanted not in store, delivered to our house in 2 days.

They have foot scanners that measure all dimensions of your feet and are able to cross reference your details with the shoes in their stores to recommend the best fit. I found some great shoes in the sale. Previously the shoes I bought from hitter lasted over 2 years so I am very impressed with their quality.

I bought very nice, comfortable pair of shoes in this store. I have always been happy with shopping in the Hotter store not only because their shoes are always good, but also because customer service is usually very nice. Today, however, it was different. When I entered the shop, a shop assistant dressed in trousers and a Polo T- shirt looked at me reluctantly and did not say hello. When I started to take shoes off the shelves to see the price before I could decide to try some on, the shop assistant came up to me and told me that I should not move shoes( it looked like she was in a bad mood ). With the reluctance directed at me, she took a shoe I held in my hand and asked reluctantly: Can I help. I asked for the number 6. She brought the shoes to me, put them next to me sitting on a chair then she walked away without a word. The shoes were not good for me. I put my shoes back on and went to the window with exhibition and took a shoe to check the price. The same shop assistant came to me and said that shoes from the window must not be moved. I asked again about the number 6. The woman put the shoe into place; I sat on a chair again. Then, the same woman brought me only one shoe and saying nothing with an ironic smile on her face she walked away. I took the shoe, and went to the other shop assistant explaining to her that her co-worker gave me only one shoe to try. This woman laughed and went after the second shoe which was on the window exhibition. When I was trying the shoes on the naughty and rude shop assistant disappeared at the back of the shop and a manager came out ,and asked me with reluctance: How can I help. I asked for one more pair of shoes to try. She brought the shoes i asked for and stood there watching me putting them on, her vibes were not nice . When I went to the mirror to see how I look, one of the shop assistants took the previous shoes away. When I sat back on the chair, the manager gave me look full of impatience in her eyes. When I asked where the other shoes are, she replied sharply: I thought you are done. I replied that I would like to buy them. So why are you trying those - she asked contemptuously, and without waiting for my answer she looked at my feet in black socks with contempt in her eyes she said that extra socks before trying shoes should be used. Surprised with her comment I checked if there were no holes in my socks, while wondering if the employees also assume additional socks when from the boredom they try shoes at the back they can not afford. When I approached the desk with the selected pair of shoes to pay, the manager was still looking at me like as if I was an intruder. When I paid I looked at the manager with a smile and said: beautiful shoes you have here, I will definitely leave a beautiful review on your website. The manager blushed , however, full of snobbery typical of a person without higher education but working in an elegant store, walked away without saying a word. The shop assistant who served me still had a slightly mocking and contemptuous smile on her face. Her behaviour was ugly and bizarre. The whole experience of shopping in this store today was extremely unpalatable and degrading. I had a feeling like I was surrounded by three naughty, ill-bred , messy and hungry pigs. It is a pity that so elegant and good quality shoes are sold by women with low personal culture and repulsive manners.
