Brilliant! I have been with Katie for over 20 years and even when we moved away I’ve stayed. Professional, friendly and I’ve never had an issue or problem.

I seen Nieve to have some cosmetic work done on my front teeth, all i can say is wow! Nieve was so friendly and her work is incredible. She has given me the confidence to smile for the first time in forever! The reception team are also amazingly friendly and always happy to help.If your looking for a dentist, then look no further!

Oldland dentist has been amazing with my youngest child, always managed to get a NHS appointment when I needed it, even managed to fit my child in last minute! “New blonde receptionist” is amazing, very helpful and a real asset to oldand dentist !

I honestly can not thank you all enough. Every member of staff I came into contact with today, either on the phone or face to face, has been not only extremely helpful but incredibly kind to boot. You are all doing an incredible job during these horribly challenging times and somehow manage to keep smiling as well. Plus, Louise, you did an unbelievably awesome job at sorting out my tooth despite the challenge. So grateful to you all, Keep going and thank you. X

Currently my poor mother is not well due to bad treatment from one of dentist not letting the injection settle before going in. Her nerve was hot a few times and she currently having funny turns since she left there. Doctor visit if by middle of week no improvement. Not enough experience this dentist even though she is lovely so say.

I have been coming here for some years now and have been with previous dentists... and honestly can say this is truly the best dentist in Bristol, patient, polite and outstanding service. Everything is so well explained and everyone will go that extra mile with you in feeling comfortable. And the receptionists are always smiling and just so lovely!

Unprofessional, go here if you like to be treated like 2nd class. I went here for a while. Never missed an appointment, always paid when treatment finished. As soon as you have a complaint, they get all defensive and are happy to let you go. Clearly they care more for their private patients ove NHS patients. The experience I have had here was poor, and I am sharing this with you, to those who are looking to find a dentist to go to. Just don't go to this one. You never have the same dentist, always changing, so this is the perfect place for them to practice on you before they move on. They learn what they need , get their qualification, but have zero experience. Saying this, some dentist are great if you see a good one.The first time I was left in absolute pain for around two weeks. I was told I had to have a filling on my front tooth. Unusual, as there was no pain, and I have had no issues with that tooth. He went ahead, and done the filling. When I got home, the pain came and it was unbearable. I went back, so he did a different filling to try. Went away again, still in pain. Went back again, try something else. tried something else. Still in pain. From the number of times I had to go back and forth, there was a sore on my gum, he put the needle straight through the pain spot on my gum, my face felt like it was on fire. He then said, the pain is happening because the pressure of the tooth is pressing on the lower teeth, um, how about biting food? So he then took a layer of my tooth down. Went home, still in pain. I had enough, I went in nearly in tears, I walked out with the receptionist following me out talking back in. A different dentist seen me, and gave me a root canal. Since the other dentist shaved off a bit of my tooth, my bite feels different now.I kept using the dentist, and kept seeing the gentleman who did my root canal, he was really good, friendly and professional. So I stayed. He then left after a while, so I had another dentist. This other dentist they had in was awesome. I needed a root canal, and two caps. I also needed some dentures. Please note, I have always paid when the treatment has been complete. So, this dentist left to go his own way, then I had another one. He came across to me, as if I was another NHS" patient. Not that important. That's how he made me feel. He said I needed to pay off my band 3 to get further treatment. He insinuated

The manager is very rude and disrespectful. the new young blonde chubby receptionist is a liar and likes to discriminate people receiving treatment on nhs as the dentist isnt making any money from them now they are private! Avoid
