Lovely, welcoming vets. Reception staff are professional, helpful and not just polite, but friendly.The vets are knowledgeable and care. They always ask how previous treatments have carried on and if I was happy with the service received.I love the zone days and the text to confirm a time is super helpful and makes sense.Pricing is clear as reception happy to discuss before booking. Payment up front is so much easier as no hidden surprises and I can budget. Also means no invoices are forgotten!

Phoned ridings on a Sunday evening explained what had happened Adam came straight out and treated my mare and answered the 100 questions we had and was very patient with Zara, everyone has been lovely and speaking to Annabel on the other end of the phone with quiries has always been reassuring and everything has always been answered or sorted in good time I’m glad that I have Ridings for the long journey ahead.

My experience while using Ridings vets has been exceptional. The team are very helpful, very professional, fantastic communicators and are empathetic to both the owner and the horse. Having had horses for many years and used several vets, I am delighted that I moved my horse to Ridings. I wouldn’t use another vet now. They offer a first class service every time.
