I started using Tudor pharmacy this year, because my previous pharmacy couldn't get my multiple medication correct. I've had no problem with Tudor. My medication is always ready for me and the staff are friendly and polite.Pharmacist is very helpful especially when my medication is being changed or adjusted.

Under staffed and overworked, and you can tell. Too many customers, to have the time to be bothered. I used to think this was a great pharmacy, and very helpful. Not anymore. Such a shame. Now I only go here if I have no other choice.

Last Saturday 26th August, I was late in collecting my prescription. I therefore made a call to the pharmacist and they kindly agreed on this occasion to wait 10 minutes after closing, allowing me to collect my prescription. I was so grateful that they did this for me I felt they warranted this 5-star recognition for providing a service beyond their call of duty.

Staff at Tudor Pharmacy have always been friendly and have gone out of their way to be helpful whenever I have been there to shop, collect prescriptions or ask for advice and even had my flu booster vaccine administered there. Thank you Tudor Pharmacy for your excellent and local service.

What a joke! I can’t believe this business is still functioning with all the mess a disarray inside the store, the staff were stressed and had no idea what they were doing, the main pharmacists didn’t have any care in the world and there were multiple health and safety issues. And to top it off, when asking questions about over the counter medication, I was rudely brushed off and it seemed as though they did not want me in the store! This is an insult to the community and recommend going to any other pharmacy but this place! Very bad! If i could put 0 stars I would.
