Had a facial today with the new owner. It was one of the best facials I have had. Her massage was thorough & deep. My face was cleansed after every product application.I liked that she included my neck & shoulders during massage.

Worst beautician ever, went to get facial Done and the Asian lady used some back home facial kit on face which caused a severe reaction. After telling her numerous times my skin is burning to take it off she kept telling it's normal. Very unprofessional and rude. I've had facial done from there before, from the previous owner who was very caring and polite. This lady is only after the money. Won't be going back ever.

I booked a facial and honestly it’s one of the best facials I have ever received. The therapist was so gentle and careful and very professional. The therapist took so much care and the facial itself was worth every penny! Everyone gave me soooo many compliments about how glowy my skin looked...I definitely have to get this facial regularly! During my facial I also had a very quick shouldr and neck massage, the relief I got in 5 -10 mins was so good that I booked myself in for a full body massage the following week! Again the therapist was AMAZING, the massage felt so good, beyond words can describe! I felt so much relief from all the pain I was experiencing! The staff were so friendly and professional and the clinic itself is so cute and clean! There is such a relaxing vibe in the clinic! I would 100% recommend everyone to book massages and facials here! I definitely cannot wait for my next appointment! Thank you so much Safina your Amazing

I had a Groupon here for a haircut. When I phoned and said I had a Groupon, the lady I spoke to booked me in for Saturday. When I turned up, the hairdresser and who I assume to be the owner very rudely told me they don't do Groupon appointments on Saturdays. And anyway, I'd have to pay an extra £10 because of my hair length. Apparently it states all this in the terms and conditions which is fair enough, I didn't read them. However, the owner's attitude towards me was awful and totally unprofessional. There was no acceptance of responsibility for their part in the error of making my Saturday appt even though I said on the phone I had a Groupon. She was rude and made me look and feel stupid in front of another customer. Can't believe I trusted this place after reading the reviews - wouldn't touch it with a barge pole now.

Unfortunately, my experience wasn't a very positive one. The room wasn't clean, with hair visible all over the floor. The care and attention paid to my wax was questionable with a less than proffessional approach, seeming to rush as soon as a walk in customer came in the building.

I wasn’t made to feel welcome in the salon as I was ignored for 20 minutes after my appointment time was supposed to have started but with no explanation or apology. The whole experience then felt quite rushed and unfriendly. When I got home I realised that some of the products used hadn’t been washed out thoroughly enough and it had made sections of my hair crusty and sticking together. I had to brush it out and start again.

Honestly, the worst salon I have ever visited. I was disrespected and ultimately left looking like a mess. I will never ever be going back there and I am warning others to do the same. The previous owner would have never made me feel this way. I’d rather give minus stars.

There’s a difference between being honest, and brutally honest. The manager of the salon was nice and welcoming until she asked where I was from and received my response. I told her I was Pakistani and her tone and attitude changed with me completely. The moment of silence was real lol. She was from India. I have Indian friends and have never treated them differently to my Pakistani friends so I was taken back by this. For the duration of my haircut, wash and blow dry, my hair and skin was criticised, being told, I have enlarged pores, bad skin, thinning hair. Maybe I did, but it’s the way she told me in a way to shame me. I did not feel comfortable or peaceful in the salon at all. To top it off, I asked for my side fringe to be trimmed, instead, it was cut so short, I had to use hairclips to hold it back and stop it from sticking out because it was too short to sweep back. It took three months to get the shortest length back to how I always had it.

My first visit to this location was wonderful. Great vibe and friendly, helpful staff specifically Mam Safina she is doing wonderful job. Plus there is a bar !! I had a hot stone massage with (BN). I can’t say enough good things – pressure was perfect and she worked on my problem spots to open them up. I’ll be back for sure. Easy appointments, welcoming staff, and talented employees! I will be back for more services!

I've been getting my hair dyed blonde for around 2 years and this has been my favourite so far! This was my second time with Beaute Parfaite and I cannot fault for anything ! So knowledgeable and lovely to chat to! Honestly blown away by how much I love my hair! She nails it! Gets the colour whilst ensuring you have healthy hair! Highly recommend!
