Buyer beware!! The location where we were to leave our luggage was overflowing, so the guy tried to leave our luggage (8 total) in the MIDDLE of his store, next to the drinks refrigerator, where anyone could have picked up the luggage. Zero security offered! When we decided this wasn’t a great option we cancelled the booking and got charged £25 for it! This company needs to vet its locations a little better, and have the ‘customer care’ to NOT charge a fine when the customer is concerned with the safety of their luggage. I suggest you shop around for a different option!!

First time using this service.... worked very well... dropped case off at Impressions in Picadilly London. The gentleman was very helpful and carried my bag into the basement for me .... he was also very helpful with me using the app. Would definitely use this service again

Pretty handy to have in the area and was quick and easy to do. Didn't expect it to be in a corner shop, perhaps maybe a little better advertisement outside could've helped us find this better. But once we did it was smooth sailing.

Excellent service- really easy to use. I would recommend LuggageHero to anyone coming into London and wanting to leave their bags for a few hours or a whole day. We used the Nisa shop near Euston and the staff were really helpful.

I had a discount for 2 free hours. In the end I did not use storage at all but was charged 35 GBP. For nothing! As there is no option to cancel booking though it was free. And noone contacted me back even I tried to reach customer service several times!

Very impolite staff, not helpfull at all.There was quite a lot of back and forth, and it didnt really seem like they had a good working system.When they first took our bags they put them down in the basement. We payed for a day of storage, but when we came back after 6 hours the bags were standing in the middle of the store. Only had a chain around them.Ok alternative to leave bagage, but i wouldnt leave it there without a lock on the suit case / or if you have anything expensive.

Hard to locatePretty expensive (maybe not by London standards) and overly complicated.Couldnt pay through the app for some reason, but the guys in the shop were very helpful and paid through their card machine instead.

Service much more expensive compare to others. I ended up paying 45 Euros daily rate for 2 bags, the triple i paid with another company few days later
