We booked a deep clean for a 2-bed 2-bath flat, with a steam clean of the carpets and upholstery. We are very happy with the results! The whole booking process was very smooth - the team was responsive and answered all my questions quickly. Lilia and Valentina did a fantastic job at cleaning the flat, they were friendly, on time and very efficient. Ralph also did a great job with the carpets. Highly recommend!! We were so pleased we’re now looking to book their regular cleaning service.

I used Cleaning Express for an end of tenancy clean.Vilma and Nadhir attended and were exceptional. I let them in, in the morning and returned to a spotless flat in the afternoon. They did a thorough job and I couldn't be happier. Definitely will use Cleaning Express again.

Fantastic company, professional service and really good quality cleaners. We had an after builders deep clean of our apartment and the cleaner did an amazing job! Very thorough and good value for money! I will be using Cleaning Express for any of my needs going forward!

I asked for a quote on their website for a deep clean with some extra services for 1 bed 2 bathrooms, kitchen and balcony. They went out of their way to find out I have a second bedroom, and therefore I have to pay for it. This second bedroom is used for storage, no need for cleaning and obviously I have not included it in the request. 400 quids for a 65 sqm flat and I can ask to leave out the second bedroom from cleaning but still have to pay for it. Ridiculous. The 2 stars are for the politeness of the staff who replied to my emails, otherwise I'd give it zero.

Had the lovely Vilma come and do a deep clean on my flat and it is now immaculate! I've been unwell and work long hours so the flat hasn't been looked after like it should, but it now looks cleaner than it ever has!! She was also so kind, polite and thoughtful. Thank you Vilma, you have made such a change to my life you don't know xx
