I've been a customer to these guys for nearly 10 years & they have the best stock, the best service & the best staff I have ever come across. If you're getting into retro gaming collection, I cannot recommend this shop enough. Their products are top quality from cartridges to controllers. I proudly give this shop a 20 out of 10.

The best retro store I've ever experienced. Time and time again they show excellent care for their products. They test, clean and replace batteries for their games. All for a great price.And the people working there seem genuinely enthusiastic about what they're doing. I've had so many conversations about the most random games, and they immediately have so much to share. They even let me stand in the store, while I played a game before buying. Worked perfectly!This is a store that really cares about gaming and sharing it's past!

Such a great little stall tucked away, friendly and welcoming owner with very fair pricing. Picked up shadow of the Colossus for £30 l, complete in box in wrapper (even the instruction manual was it's own wrapper) shows real care and dedication to the game collecting hobby. Will continue supporting this local business where possible!The shop is still starting up so stock isn't massive.

Nice local business. People running it are really nice and understanding. Always willing to offer a good price for both buying and selling. Would definitely recommend if in the area.NOTE: The opening times are rough numbers, e.g. they might be open on Sundays, or later.

Great shop with reasonable prices games. Definitely recommend the store if you want to buy retro games.Would of given it 5 stars but the shop is never open on the times they state they are. It’s a draw of luck if they are open or not. Been trying to get into the store on multiple occasions but all times are shut. Still a good store though.

Really bad costumer service and takes a long time to get back to you... If they do at all.Me and my friends traded in hundreds of pounds worth of cards after buying the 3 month membership between us. One of us received our payment for cards which was only a total of about 7 cards (however they were valuable ones), but the rest we didn't hear back about anything. We emailed asking about the rest of the cards after 2 weeks had passed, still no response. Luckily for us, we live in the same city so decided to go into the shop personally to ask what had happened. They hadn't even looked at the rest of the cards!! After having to nag them, they finally kicked into order and sorted the cards out and we received our payment. However, we had all planned on buying a booster box each, total of 3. There were more than 10 total booster boxes online the day before we received the full payment. One of us had already ordered the booster box they wanted, but when we went to order them, there were no booster boxes on the site at all. Suddenly over 10 had run out of stock in a matter of a night. We emailed asking when they would be back in, they told us around 2 to 2 and a half weeks. Okay, a bit of a pain but it is their supplier not them - or so we thought. During this time we had still not received the one booster box we had ordered, after emailing them again, they replied saying it was out of stock and they had sent a replacement. This was a piss take as not only could they have bothered to email asking if we wanted an entirely different box, but they also had it out of stock when there was over 3 apparently in stock when it got ordered??Anyway, 2 and a half weeks passed, still not heard anything, we thought we would give them 3 weeks just in case. Finally emailed them as still no boxes in stock, and they just replied saying it had been discontinued. They did not bother to email us and let us know this whole time we were waiting when they knew perfectly that those were the boxes we wanted and had been waiting over 2 months for.Really bad communication, no sympathy, no appologies, definitely do not reccommend and definitely will not use again.-------We tried contacting you on various occasions and at times, it took multiple emails until we got the information we were looking for from you. We are rather peeved as you could have at least emailed us regarding the discontinued box. Seems like if we never chased you up, we would have never known and could have been waiting months for it. It is your job as the professional and supplier to contact us about these things. Same goes to when you decided just to send an entirely different booster box to replace the one we ordered because you were out of stock, rather than emailing and checking with us first to see if we even wanted that one, which we did not, else we would have ordered it in the first place.

If I could ever give you one bit of advice, it would be this; If you're into retro gaming, check this store out, there are now so few decent gaming shops left in the UK and the ladies running this one are as good as gold. I always take my Sega Saturn discs there to be resurfaced and often they've managed to rescue discs which I've bought on eBay to live on again.This is by far the best retro gaming store in the city, the prices are good and the range is extensive, there isn't really much that Rachel doesn't know about your favourite games.

Went in here looking for a hard drive earlier and was greeted with friendly and helpful advice. great shop with friendly staff!:)

I posted my last review out of anger, and I apologise.This store is one of the very few stores where I can buy cards, no matter how old, for cheap. I have found and bought cards here that I hadn't found anywhere else. Nowhere else could I have bought a full Crystal Beast deck for less than £5 but I managed it here.Their prices are cheap, and I am not a person to care about card quality but i've bought a supposed to be poor condition card that looked close to near mint.Sure, customer service is a hassle to get a hold of but they make up for it with cheap prices and shipping.In all likelihood, despite my previous review and complaints, i'd buy from them again.
