I had my egg collection today and I honestly have so much love for each and every member of the team. You all showed so much care and kindness and completely put my mind at ease. I've been so happy with every visit. The owner of Simply Fertility Chelmsford should be incredibly proud of their team!

Simply were brilliant throughout our treatment. We now have a beautiful baby girl. Nothing was ever too much trouble. A really caring and welcoming team. Thank you for everything Simply ❤️

It’s hard to put into words the gratitude I feel for the Simply team. I am currently 37 weeks pregnant & can’t wait to meet my miracle & hang her name on the tree that I sat next to so many times praying that one day it would be my turn.It was a tough 3 year fertility journey, with 3 egg collections & 4 failed transfers.Mr Gangooly led my care with compassion & expertise & I felt safe in the knowledge that every decision was made with my best interests at the centre, both physically & emotionally.My Embryologist was extremely knowledgeable & highly professional, having the ability to answer a multitude of questions & guide me through the expanse of information I was posed with.The senior nursing team were at the end of the phone with their support & guidance throughout & no question or problem was ever too much.At times administration communication was not consistent, however this was during Covid & did improve towards the end of my journey with the clinic.Being with the clinic for a longer period than I ever expected the team grew to become like a second family - it feels like you spend more time there than you do with your friends & family, which is why I’m so glad I chose Simply to help my journey to motherhood.

We visited the clinic for a information evening. And I will say that it's outstanding, the staff the clinic and even seeing the inspirational trees full of baby names. We had a not so nice experience with a different clinic and had decided to change, and I am so glad we are. The feeling of safety, care in the short time we visited was amazing and outstanding. I recommend this clinic to anyone maybe be considered having treatment. 5* Rating... Can't wait to get going on our own journey.

Faultless experience from a completely wonderful team. From the very start, we've been made to feel welcomed, supported, updated, and important.Each member of staff we've interacted with has been so friendly, personable and professional, and it's made the biggest difference for us whilst going through our first round of IVF.The clinic itself is extremely clean and comfortable. I honestly enjoy being there because of its calming atmosphere. The small details, like the trees of babies names in the reception and the motivational phrases on the walls of the recovery unit are what makes Simply Fertility feel 'simply exceptional'.Thank you, thank you to all the team for everything you do.

From the minute I walked into Simply Fertility, I felt comfortable and valued. The staff were incredible and whenever I had a query, I knew that my questions would be answered either in person or over the phone! I am incredibly lucky to have a daughter who is now 5 months! The clinic is fantastic and I would highly recommend going there for fertility treatment!

Simply fertility in Chelmsford have been amazing throughout our whole experience. Nothing has been to much trouble for them. Every single member of staff we have dealt with are so kind and caring and you get a feel they genuinely care about you and the process. We were lucky enough to get pregnant on our first transfer but we will definitely be going back for more.Thank you so much for making our dreams come true.

I have been a patient of Simply since 2015 and have had multiple IVF rounds, and a beautiful child as a result. We have always found the medical care to be very good, BUT this is over shadowed by the terrible administration processes. Paper work gets lost, information is incorrectly recorded and departments (such as payroll and admin) don't communicate with each other. This has proved to be VERY stressful over the years. We have been told by reception that the clinic is currently three weeks behind with their admin, so we are being bombarded with texts and phone calls while we wait for them to process our paperwork, which has already been lost once. Again, very stressful. The reception team continually apologise and are very polite, but it would make it difficult for me to recommend Simply to someone about to embark on such a emotionally charged journey. This is a shame as we are very fond of the medical staff who have accompanied us through our journey, and we are very grateful for the care they provided us.
