1st time I've used for Sainsbury's shopping, only been in a few times before for Argos inside. Remember to keep hold of your receipt if using self scan as you need to scan it to get out

My fav store to do our groceries! Nectar card are a must have, Melksham is very convenient for fuel top up too. Oh and it has Argos.

The store was clean and well-organized, with a wide variety of products in stock. The staff was friendly and helpful, and I was particularly pleased to find some very cheap brie that was absolutely delicious. As I was shopping, I had the unexpected thrill of spotting Julia Roberts in the store. She was filming a TV series nearby and had decided to pop in for a few groceries. She had a Pot Noodle in her basket, and she also had a Ginsters Buffet Bar.

I went into Sainsbury’s this morning and quite disappointed at the attitude of two ladies on the self service checkout. Surly and rude. I had to change my bananas because hadn’t noticed two were bad, you’ve hve thought I wanted gold bars. I worked in retail for lots of years, a smile costs nothing but gives much.

Crazily expensive for the quality you are getting. If I want something premium and fresh, I go to M&S or Waitrose. If I want something cheap I go to Aldi or Lidl, and if I want to do a week shopping, I go to Tesco because you save so much money with the clubcard.Sainsbury's is M&S prices, but Tesco quality.I don't quite understand why anyone would need to shop there.

I was having trouble with my purchases the other day and Ella ( with blonde streaks) was incredibly helpful and lovely to talk to

Sainsbury's Melksham: Where Trolleys Tango and Cucumbers Question Their Life ChoicesOh, Sainsbury's in Melksham – the unsung hero of grocery shopping, where trolleys have a mind of their own, and the produce section is a philosophical playground.Firstly, let's talk trolleys – those four-wheeled chariots of chaos. They navigate the aisles like they've been taking salsa lessons, and if you manage to avoid a collision, you deserve a gold star. It's a dance floor of confusion, where even the carrots question their life choices. The checkout lanes are like a game of supermarket roulette. Will your chosen queue move at the speed of a caffeinated sloth, or will the one next to you transform into an express lane for a single pack of chewing gum? It's a gamble worth taking, with the odds about as predictable as British weather. Now, the self-checkout machines – where your shopping trip turns into a tech-based stand-up comedy routine. Unexpected item in the bagging area" is the existential crisis we never knew we needed. I half-expected the machine to ask

Excellent shop, what you would expect from Sainsbury. Good prices, well stocked shelves, even got an Argos in store. Friendly and helpful staff, it's a shame the pharmacy has shut now. Was so convenient to collect along with shopping.

It's OK for a sainsbury's as usual everything is in a random place and have to go to the back of the store just for bread to try to gey you to buy something else before you go out to pay which you can leave if you use self service as you have to show your receipt to open the gates before you leave waste of paper and time and prices are always on the rise here I found myself going to waitrose as its was cheaper for most things I needed

Its a supermarket so nothing to lose your lunch over. As it happens there was a medical emergency so they weren't letting anyone in until the casualty was removed so I went to Waitrose instead. The road system getting in/out of the parking area and petrol station can be a bit of a mare so I docked them a star.
