What an amazing personal service from an amazing local company! I have a holiday let and the fridge broke down, ruining all the guests’ food. I needed to replace the fridge immediately and called Cooper and Elms as they were closing. Ian agreed to meet me at the shop after it had closed so I could browse the options. Ian was so empathetic and understanding of my “emergency fridge requirement” and delivered and installed a new fridge within the hour. This would not have happened anywhere else on a Friday evening and I am more than grateful! Thank you

Unfailingly helpful and as equally important, kind with it. They sell electric cable by the yard. None of this prepacked expensive stuff you get at big stores, if you want four yards they'll measure it out for you. We've had lots of stuff from here. Keep going back. Too good not to

If like Me you are in need of some new appliances I can highly recommend Cooper & Elms Ltd in kings lynn.We needed a new Oven and Fridge Freezer and got both at a fantastic price. The salesman was knowledgable, helpful and the Delivery guys were friendly and efficient!Great experience all round. Many thanks.

The best place in the area for electrical goods. An amazing range packed into a small shop, and surprisingly competitive. Very quick delivery and installation on stocked items, with a wider range available to order from Euronics in just a few days. With knowledgeable staff and a good range of top brands they're the place to go for the whole package.

Needed a new washing machine. The one I wanted was in stock, easy transaction in store and was delivered and fitted on my day of choice. Smooth delivery, both guys checked it was fitted OK and not leaking and explained to me the programs and how it worked which was really helpful as I am a bit out of touch with new electrical appliances !! Brilliant service. Thank you - will def use again.
