Premier Inn Cobham hotel
We stayed after spending the day at Chessington Word of Adventures and it's only a 15 minute drive away. The location is lovely but there isn't much to do for young children. The room was very spacious compared to the room we stayed in at the Premier Inn, Wembely Park and it was clean but there was no aircon so we had the fan on all night. We had an evening meal at the restaurant and the staff were great but unfortunately my Wife’s Korean Chicken dish was cold.Breakfast was terrible compared to other Premier Inn's that we have been to. The serving dishes for the food were empty when we got there and when they were replenished the hash browns were stale. There was no tray to catch the toast so everyone’s kept falling on the floor. There was no fresh fruit and there was only limited cereal to choose from. The water and milk were empty every time we went to use them so we had to keep pestering the staff to replenish things who were already rushed of their feet. The whole set up for breakfast was poor and not managed very well, if I was to stay at the hotel again I wouldn’t bother with breakfast.

We've stayed several times and always ok. Don't use the restaurant on-site, Take a trip to A Casa" (Italian )

Very friendly welcome on reception and rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet. We had a fan in our room which kept the temperature down well and not too noisy.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is one of the worst Premier Inns I have stayed in. After a day out in the cold at Silverstone race circuit and en route back to France, my husband, a friend and myself chose this hotel as a stopover before travelling to Dover the following day.On entering the room it was freezing cold as the window had been left open and the heating was off. We tried to turn up the heating but it would only go to 16 degrees C. We did not sleep due to the cold and asked for our money back.Bee the assistant manager was very helpful and explained how to use the thermostat and directed us to the instruction sheet but when we read it, it was completely different to what she had told us!Not part of the Premier but the restaurant/bar serving it was awful too so best to avoid both.

Lovely and clean, spacious and a comfy king-size. The hotel is set in some nice greenery and in a nice building. You'd be forgiven if you forgot it was even a premier Inn!

Good location with nice restaurant and ample parking. Rooms quiet despite being close to the main flight path from airport and always a comfy bed.

During my 3 nights stay my room wasn’t cleaned or towels changed at all. Room was dated and grubby. Litter everywhere outside. Unfortunately Premier inns are going downhill fast.

Great location in Cobham, easy drive to center of town for shops, bars, eateries and convenience stores. Beautiful town and surrounding countryside for walk, hike or explore. I was visiting friends in the area having just arrived to LHR transatlantic. After long travels it was superb to get a big, clean, comfy bed in a quiet, yet ultra convenient location. Surprised that there was no face flannel in room or available upon request. Fairmile Pub -evening meal was OK but stingy pie lacking meat filling. Charlie the waiter was very attentive and welcoming nonetheless. Buffet breakfast was way better, abundant choice and great value for money. Only main downside was 40 minute tailback trying to get off M25 at Junction 10 for this property. Would stay again and recommend. Hopefully after road work on M25 it will be easier to exit for this Inn. Mainly business traveler/guests and contractors during the business week.

nothing has been put in place for older less mobile people: no wheel chair access there are stairs but no lift. We lost our money as we could access the room and we had to go to another hotel.
