Ilir did an absolutely fantastic job. He was highly responsive and came round very quickly to provide a quote which was great value. He was also in contact throughout the job to ensure I was happy with everything. He knocked down an internal wall, replaced several windows and installed a patio door (he worked hard to source me the exact door I wanted). He also moved a radiator, integrated fridge freezer and kitchen units for me. He organised the removal of all waste, tidied up after himself and was unbelievably efficient- I couldn't believe how quickly they got everything done. I would highly recommend Ilir and his team and would hire them again for future work.

Vint is a great builder. He fitted a bathroom suite and tiled a bathroom for me. His work was great and done on time. Thanks Vint!

Llir and his team are very professional and friendly did an excellent job on garage doors and fitted new soil pipe everything finished off well cleared everything away as hd said it would be clean tidy job thankyou will definitley use Vint renovations again

Vint Renovations have recently overhauled by utility room. The standard of work is excellent, the time keeping is like a swiss watch and the communication was fantastic. Completely un-tradesman like! Highly recommended!

The team worked to an excellent standard and were highly efficient, finishing all tasks within 3 days! Work completed - new roofing to repair a leak and installation of skylight window, bricking up of an interior window, new flooring and re-plastering of hallway. Vint is very reliable, was always here at the agreed time.His work was excellent, paying good attention to details and cleaning up after himself.His work is also very fairly priced.We will be coming to Vint for all of our future home improvements needs.

I can't fault Vint for customer service. They recently did some roofing work and interior plastering for us which was done to a high standard.However the real service came afterwards, there was a problem unrelated to the work they had done (was a leak on the old, unrepaired section of roof).Vint came back multiple times until the problem was fixed, at NO extra cost! Communication was excellent throughout. Problems are going to happen from time to time, but you want someone who answers your call and takes responsibility until the problem is solved.Would highly recommend Vint's services!

I engaged Vint Renovation & Maintenance to carry out a complete renovation of a property which had seen better days. Their advice and responsiveness from the planning stage all the way to the project end was consistently great and more importantly the work they delivered was at a really high standard. They are by no means the cheapest, nor the quickest, but if you want a job done right, I can't recommend Vint Renovation & Maintenance highly enough.
