It's a bit tired looking, and could do with some investment and a refresh. The cafe is terrible and has no windows, so it feels really gloomy. There are no electric vehicle charging facilities, and car parking is always busy!

Good Size Store.Staff At the Customer Service desk was very polite and Helpful.Lots of Car Parking spaces available outside with a Fuel Station also available on site. The Main Store itself had a good selection and also had an onsite Coffee Shop and a Postbox.Cashpoint machines were also available outside as well. The store itself was very clean.

Well stocked shelves probably because for some reason everything is more expensive here for a barely negligible quality variance when compared to stores like Tesco or Asda. The layout of the store is also baffling, why is the food on the go (sandwich meal deal) the stuff that working people need to pop in and grab quickly on a lunch break at the centre back of the store and surrounded by stock? 3 people in this area and it looks packed.Self-service tills seem to be barely staffed at any point or one staff member spread across the whole section usually stuck at the self scan and go contraptions helping someone who clearly doesn't know what they are doing.... So when you have a red light and need assistance get ready to wait a good 5 minutes, but that's ok because it probably took you 15 minutes to find the lunch you wanted and by the time you get back to your vehicle you should have a good 5 minutes to guzzle it all down and get indigestion for the next 3 hours.

The store is always well stocked and the staff are very friendly, everything is on the same level, available for cooked and cold foods, I recommend the freshly made cooked chicken, it also has a cafe with plenty of choice for all ages

Cancels online orders last minute with no explanation and tells me to wait 3-5 business days for a refund on a Friday night. Useless customer service support. If I could put 0 stars I would have done.

I do love this Sainsburys. It’s spacious, shelves are always stacked full. I’ve found the staff polite and helpful. Wheelchair friendly. Disabled parking next to store.

Shop is okay. No phone data signal in this shop so that checking shopping list is difficult. The car park is painful for both drivers and pedestrians. Getting in is a tight maze in a car and when you're out of the car there is no designated paths for pedestrians to walk to the shop.

For starters I shop here regularly and have never had a problem and my review is solely related to the cafe.I have had past good experiences with the cafe but today wasn't one of the. The chips they served were skin on fries but they were hardly cooked and tasted incredibly raw. The broccoli looked a couple of weeks past its sell by date and was boiled within an inch of its life and the fizzy drinks out of the dispenser were flat.I know it might seem petty but with the cost of living etc.. i would've expected Sainsbury's to appreciate the customers they get and serve decent quality of food (bearing in mind that they are a supermarket). Needless to say I came away very disappointed and underwhelmed.

Went in yesterday as I do most days . No small trolleys at all . I helped an old lady by getting one from car park. I told the lady who looked like she was in charge with a headpiece and on customer service till . She was rude and didn’t apologise for lack of trolleys just made me feel bad for mentioning!Overall it’s not my favourite store but most convenient. It’s always freezing and a lot of the staff need educating in manners
