Always come to Boo Bear Grooming when my Saint Bernard needs a groom.Roxy loves it and always comes out looking and smelling fresh. Very reasonably priced too and has a quick turn around from enquiry time to actually getting an appointment.

The lady was very gentle and friendly with my dog and seemed to make her very comfortable, especially as my dog is a puppy and this was only her second grooming.I was quoted £30 prior to booking, however, upon dropping my dog off on the day she raised this to £35 and wouldn't budge - despite having quoted me a lower amount when I booked. She told me this was due to the size of the dog, even though I had mentioned the breed of the dog (Yorkie) when booking and was not asked about how big or small the Yorkie was. I ended up having to pay the extra.After this, she explained to me that she wasn't sure how to get the knots out of our puppies hair and was very vague and ambiguous when telling me that she would give it a go. When I came back to pick my puppy up (almost 2 hours later) she had shaved her shaggy hair off and explained we had to go short". I feel like a courtesy call to ask if this was okay would have been appropriate.Overall I can believe people who say they had a fantastic experience here

My dog had a lovely 1st grooming experience and came out looking very posh! We will be back.

Amy creates a wonderful atmosphere. Very relaxed so my pooch was happy. He is not the easiest of dogs, a poodle X, and the results were the best ever, he looked stunning. Highly recommend.

Amy is so loving and gentle with my Cavaliers. She made them look and feel lovely, strutting their stuff on the way home. She was the first person to notice symptoms of the illness that eventually killed one of my dogs, so I was able to get it looked at by a vet early and prevent any more suffering. Highly recommended.
