I visited the shop with my mum and my sister yesterday. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and accommodating. Puja served us and she was brilliant. She was very knowledgeable and passionate about the product and we loved the experience! They have a wide variety of product range to choose from. We ended up buying 3 pieces of jewellery and at the same time sold some of our unwanted ones too. Very happy with the product and the overall experience!

Very friendly and helpful team, excellent customer service and they would do good discounts if you are really looking to purchase. When you make a purchase you will be given a scratch card which allows you to win money, silver etc. I won a medium silver coin :-)I would highly recommend new laxmi jewellers. They also take orders and do a home delivery in the UK :-)
