Euroline UK

Arranged collection of an order back in December.I am still waiting for my credit of approx £1500 purchased through Homebase.I have made daily calls to Homebase who state that they have not been able to get a response from Euroline to confirm my cooker hood has been collected by Euroline.They are not replying to emails sent by Homebase and the line seems unattainable. I have waited more than 8 weeks for a credit for an item that was collected in December.To date the communciation has been appalling.Would never deal with this company ever again.
