The entire staff at this location has gone above and beyond to make our stay of 8 nights so memorable for my first visit to this lovely city. Flor greeted us every morning with such a warm smile and heartfelt “Good Morning” and always asked about our day before and what we were doing today. The walk to the Whitechapel tube stop was very short and access to the bus station was just across the street. Two grocery stores and several fast food restaurants within the area. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

We stayed here for 4 nights. The welcome was as expected, friendly and nice. We were then provided the cards for our room. When I opened the door to the room I noticed there were large dark stains on the carpet, another that seem to come from the bathroom. There were also some orange colored circular stains as well.I returned to the front desk to describe the type of room the manager had put us in. It seems like he didn't believe what I had described, returning back to the room so he could see for himself. We will move to a different room one that did not have any stains. The room was classed as an upgrade. The only problem with the room was the toilet. One needed to flush it to three times, this just to have tissue be flushed.I mentioned this to the front desk, they said they'll send somebody. Almost 24 hours later a service person came, and explained 'oh that's how they flush here!'Unfortunately, we were not offered a different room with a properly functioning toilet. So for the entire duration of our stay we had to contend with flushing the toilet multiple times, to do the job where usually only one flush is required.Based on these experiences I wouldn't recommend this hotel at all.

The proximity to nearby tube stations as well as convenience stores and restaurants was perfect. The rooms were clean, breakfast options were excellent, and the staff were super friendly. We would definitely stay here again!

Our family recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel in London, and it was truly an exceptional experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by a warm and friendly staff that made us feel right at home. One standout member of the team was Israh, who worked in the restaurant. She went above and beyond to ensure our dining experiences were delightful. Her kindness and attention to detail added a special touch to our family meals. What impressed us the most was the staff's commitment to greeting us at every step of our journey within the hotel. Whether it was at the front desk, in the restaurant, or even in the hallways, their friendly smiles and greetings made us feel valued and welcomed.Speaking of value, the pricing at this hotel is incredibly affordable, especially for a family visiting London for the first time. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of service and accommodations we received given the reasonable rates. The rooms were another highlight of our stay. They were not only impeccably clean but also surprisingly spacious for a London hotel. Having enough room for our family and our kids to move comfortably made our stay even more enjoyable. One thing that truly stood out was the hotel's flexibility. We had a change in our plans and needed to move our breakfast reservation from the last day to the first day of our stay. The staff was more than accommodating, and they made the adjustment seamlessly, ensuring we started our London adventure with a hearty meal.Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the nearest tube station, just a 10-minute walk away, made exploring London with our kids incredibly convenient. We were able to easily access all the attractions the city has to offer. In summary, our family's stay at this London hotel was nothing short of exceptional. The kind and welcoming staff, affordable pricing, clean and spacious rooms, and their flexibility in accommodating our needs made our first visit to London together with our kids truly memorable. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic London experience. We can't wait to return!
