Buy flour how it used to be ground , by stone . A very educational and interesting place to visit.Learn how the old systems worked and milled without electricity just by water . Nothing cold be greener.

I go here once a month for a charity quiz. There is a bar with three beers plus a selection of wines and spirits. Its a working mill and have tours. You can even buy flour milled on site.

US tourist review: I love living history museums. This is about half that. It is a working mill with very informative hosts and detailed recorded stations. We didn't see anything working, but you don't always in an LHM. We spent a wonderful hour-ish poking around every corner. We took a bus up to within a few minutes walk and decided to stroll back to Dover along the river. Everything was amazing! Always happy to learn something.

Lovely old mill. Very short introduction then left to look around at our own pace. Worth a visit but don't expect too much.
