The area is lovely, but some dog walkers leave bags hanging, also allow their dogs to poo on main paths.

The pup loves it here! She really enjoys meeting and playing with other dogs - most of which enjoy playing too.She usually comes home and flops onto the sofa and has a good nap. All that running and rough play (not to be confused with viciousness or agressiveness) really tires her out...thankfully!My only gripe is that the poo bins are only located at the car park.

Lovely place for a walk, open space and woodland. Spot the deer in the pic.

Our dog loves it we live close by so very handy, however there is a little carpark so it is a popular dog walking area and everyone is friendly so far

Why are so many owners walking with no leads? I asked a fella to put his dog on a lead, or recall the dog to him due to one of my dogs not being social due to nerves. My dog wears a muzzle just in a dog does approach him. But why should I put him through the anxiety of it. I normally shout to person from a distance when in a place that it's unavoidable. I always ask nicely too. My dog has a yellow collar and a yellow slip over his lead. (If you don't know what this means please google it)The abuse I got from a chap was ridiculous. Apparently I shouldn't be walking him, dogs don't need to be on a lead, that my dogs are status symbols and I should put him to sleep ect. I walk there quite a lot and have never come across this abuse before. Normally people don't bother, they will recall and/or leash them if they don't walk to heal and let them go when they've gone past. It's not fair that I have to try explain that my dog has a much right to be out and that he's muzzled to keep other dogs safe even though he hates it. We're never there long for that reason. So if you do walk there please recall your dog when asked to. It's only for a min. Thanks

Great open space for dogs, however it's been let down by some owners. If you bag it! Bin it! Lots of used poo bags hanging in bushes and lying around disgusting behaviour.

Lots of space to run and trees for my boys to climb, we did 2 and a half hours and did not get round it all!

A really nice pretty place for a walk has a little wooded area to walk through and some nice fields. You can walk your dog here (there were a lot of dogs off lead so you're aware when taking your own dog) and it has a free car park but does have an open close time to when you can use it xx
